Returns and Exchanges Policy

Please remember that for products on sale, EXCHANGE AND RETURN ARE NOT AVAILABLE.

Returns:

You have 7 days from the date of receipt of your purchase to report a problem with your order and 14 days to return it.

The return must be communicated on e-mail or Whatsapp with identification photos of the broken head within and not just a week

Shipping is at the customer's expense and can be done in all cases where the product does not conform to what was purchased.

We are committed to promptly resolving any issues with your order.

Please note that returns CANNOT be made if you do not like the product or if you have changed your mind . Your satisfaction is important to us, but returns are limited to cases where the product is defective or not as described.

Changes:

We offer the possibility of making exchanges within 14 days from the date of receipt of your order. The shipping for the exchange is paid by the customer and you have two options:

  1. Change size: If the product size is not right, you can request a size change, shipping costs are at the customer's expense.

  2. Change model: If you want a different product, you can request a model change and receive a voucher that you can use for your new purchase.
